Wayne Rainey at Warp Speed. Every time I see an old photo where the speed filter was used I think of Star Trek’s starship Enterprise hitting warp speed. Here’s Wayne Rainey on the Marlboro/Roberts Yamaha who often hit warp speed in 1990 through 1992 when he won three consecutive FIM 500cc Grand Prix World Championships. (Pius Koller photo)
