The gate drops for the 1998 Pontiac Supercross in the Pontiac Silverdome. Going from closest to the camera you have Ryan Hughes (No. 10), Mickael Pichon (No. 16), Michael Craig (No. 13), Kevin Windham (No. 8 ), Jeremy McGrath (No. 2), Ezra Lusk (No. 3), Larry Ward (No. 4), John Dowd (No. 9), Jimmy Button (No. 11) and Steve Lamson (No. 17). Lusk scored the victory that night by five seconds over Windham. Doug Henry was third. Pontiac was one of four AMA Supercross wins for Lusk on the factory Honda that year. He earned a total of eight podiums and finished runner up to McGrath in the final standings. 📷Karl Ockert
