After a fairly long straight at Kenworthy’s in ’96, Mike LaRocco (8 ) is late braking on his factory Suzuki and coming up on the inside of the Honda ridden by Rich Taylor (48). Rich can tell LaRocco is committed, so you can see Rich giving it some hard braking, front and rear to avoid a collision. That’s Jimmy Button (100) coming up fast as well. (Kit Palmer photo)
