Drey Dircks Wins Trans-Cal MX Championship (1985)

Drey Dircks (No. 644) is chased by second moto winner Willie Surratt (No. 10W) in the 125 Pro class at the 1985 Trans-Cal Series Finale at Hungry Valley’s SVRA Quail Canyon motocross track in Gorman, California. Dircks finished second overall that day behind Shaun Kalos and that was enough for him to clinch the Trans-Cal 125 Pro Championship in a tight battle with Ed Arnet and Kalos. (Kit Palmer photo)
