So I’m scanning a truckload of images of Mitch Friedman’s and today I came across shots of a motocross rider play riding in this picturesque pasture. The cows in the background didn’t even look concerned at all, so maybe they were used to a dirt bike ripping around their pasture. I was intrigued. The slides were not marked, but one of the shots I could see the rider’s jersey and it was late-great Scott Sheak doing the riding. The background didn’t look American, there was an old stone bridge in the background in some of them, it just looked old world to me. So I messaged Mitch and he confirmed it was Sheak when he was based in England in 2000, racing the Motocross Grand Prix circuit. What a wonderful setting to just practice and play ride, just as long as you can avoid the cow pucks. I hope Scott’s friends and fans enjoy this unique image as much as I did. 📷Mitch Friedman #scottsheak#mxgp#cowtrailing#motocross
