Hangtown 1995 with Tim Ferry racing his factory Suzuki RM125 to his first podium in an outdoor national. Ferry scored third with a 5-1. It was an outstanding performance for Ferry, especially considering he’d only been on a bike for about two weeks after coming back from a Supercross injury that caused him to have his mouth wired shut. “Red Dog” would go on to earn four podium finishes that season, including winning the AMA 125cc National at Mt. Morris a couple of weeks later. He finished seventh in the final standings.
