Jim Bonner leads a group of riders in the 1990 Daytona AMA 250 Grand Prix race. Bonner, of Coopersburg, Pa., was a veteran of AMA 250 Grand Prix, having raced the series for nearly 20 years, from the mid-1980s to the last year of the series in 2003. Bonner finished 33rd in the 59-rider field at Daytona. Later that season he scored his first top-10 national finish on the downtown Miami street course.
