I love this photo sent to me by Peter DeGray. It’s a photo of his dad multi-time New England Enduro champ Frank DeGray. I suspect this photo is of DeGray competing in a Trials event, probably in the late 1960s, early ‘70s. Trials was always the gentleman’s sport of motorcycling and this photo clearly shows that heritage with DeGray wearing a sport jacket and dress pants. DeGray could hop off his bike, replace his boots with a pair of Florsheims and be ready for that important meeting.
