INDIANAPOLIS, Monday, Jan. 23, 2012 – A statement from Hulman & Company Chairman of the Board Mari Hulman George about Hulman & Company and Indianapolis Motor Speedway Corporation board member Jerry Throgmartin, who died Jan. 22. Throgmartin was named to the boards in February 2011:
