Unfortunately I can’t ID this rider, but whoever it is you wonder if he still thinks there’s some kind of chance to save it. This was from a WERA North Central region race at Road America sometime in the mid-1980s. The rider was past the point of no return here and was not able to gather things back. I’d be interested in finding out if anyone knows who this rider is and if he ever saw this photo before.
