I just love this early 1970s Bultaco advertisement that I found on the back cover of an old media guide. The photo is of FX Bulto himself (founder of Bultaco) dressed in traditional Trials garb and negotiating a stony waterfall on what looks to be a Bultaco Alpina.

Spain has not only produced a slew of champion racers, the country is also rich with motorcycle makers. In addition to Bultaco other notable brands included Montesa, Ossa and Derbi. All had success in world championship racing.
