The word in road racing circles in the early 1990s was that J. Andrew Milton was strictly a Willow Springs specialist. Milton came back East to race in the 1992 WERA Pro event at Indianapolis Raceway Park and proved he was more than a one track wonder. Milton won the 600 Superstock final.
