Did Tod come out of the Loudon Road Racing Series?
Do you know who the other riders in the photo are? I think 103 is Britt Turkington, but I don’t know who 31 or 23 are.

Hi Larry, Yes Todd was a Loudon regular.Him and his dad were always sociable at the track and fun to talk to.Sorry,i must be slipping because i dont know who the other riders are. Rick
