Dennis Smith racing his Suzuki GS1000 in the 1980 Daytona Superbike race. Dennis, who ran a motorcycle performance shop called Cycle Tune at the time, built this bike himself, using Yoshimura parts. He must have done an excellent job with the build, as Smith raced to a very strong sixth-place finish, running as high as fourth during parts of the race. (Rich Chenet photo)
