Ivan Tedesco sporting the livery he and his bike would wear at the upcoming Motocross des Nations back in 2005 at the final round of the AMA 125cc Motocross Championship at Glen Helen. Tedesco wrapped up the ’05 AMA 125 MX title in spite of scoring zero points in the first moto after a crash and gave Mike Alessi at least an outside shot at winning the title in the final moto. Then high drama in the final moto when Tedesco and Alessi crashed together and got into a shoving match only to be joined by Tedesco’s teammate Matt Walker who shoved Alessi from atop Tedesco’s downed bike. After all that craziness Tedesco remounted and went on the secure the championship. Tedesco and teammates Ricky Carmichael and Kevin Windham went on a few weeks later to win at des Nations.
