In 1996 the Kawasaki Race of Champions at Englishtown, New Jersey’s Raceway Park also hosted a round of the Eastern Region 4-Stroke Nationals. With the big crowd the ROC drew, it was a great showcase for the Four-Stroke competitors and it was Mike Young here on this Husaberg scoring the victory over KTM mounted Keith Bowen.
