Award-Winning Photo Graced the Cover of the First Cycle Guide Magazine (1967)

The very first issue of Cycle Guide in March of 1967 featured a wonderful image of a Yamaha-riding couple pausing in a leafy glade. It was an award winning photo shot by Matsuoko Hashimoto. The image won Japan’s Technical Photography Creativity Award. Camera: Hasselblad; Film: Kodak Ektachrome Professional.
