Donald Jacks was only 18 at the time, but that didn’t stop him from being one of the top up-and-coming road racers in America in the late 1980s. Here’s Donald on his way to a victory in the CCS Middleweight GP class at Roebling Road Raceway in April of 1988. Jacks also won the Heavyweight Supersport race that day. (Bob Applegate photo)
