A great capture of Team Green’s Billy Whitley (17) grabbing the first moto 250 Pro holeshot at the second annual Texas Pro Challenge at Swan Cycle Park in Tyler, Texas in October of 1996. Robbie Reynard won the overall on the post-national event that paid a good enough purse to attract some leading riders. (Chris Deutschen photo)
