Billy Grossi rode with the factory Honda squad in 1974 and won the opening round of the AMA 250cc Motocross Championship at Hangtown. Grossi had a great shot at winning the 250cc championship that year until he broke his leg in June’s Superbowl of Motocross in the LA Coliseum, which put him out for the season.
