Nick Wey Wins Millville 125 Motocross National (1999)

Nick Wey and crew are beaming after Wey won the Millville AMA 125cc Pro Motocross National in 1999. Wey, racing his SplitFire/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki/1-800-COLLECT Kawasaki KX125, parlayed a 1-5 into an overall ahead of Stephane Roncada and Ricky Carmichael. Wey’s teammate RC crashed twice in the first moto and scored a 10-1. The Millville victory would prove to be Wey’s only national victory in a 16-year MX career. (Karl Ockert photo)
