The top three teams overall gather for the podium celebration after round 8 of the WERA Power-Mist/Performance Machine National Endurance Series at Indianapolis Raceway Park in July of 1993. It was a memorable victory for Team Suzuki, since it marked the squad’s 90th victory in the WERA series.

Team Suzuki’s Kurt Hall and Michael Martin won the race in spite of both of them riding banged up, both recovering from injury. Celebrating the victory for the Valvoline-sponsored Team Suzuki are Kurt Hall (holding trophy), team owner John Ulrich (in Dunlop hat) and Michael Martin, who is holding up the pitboard with Ulrich.

Virginia Breeze Racing’s Glenn Szarek and Craig Gaver finished second on their No. 4 Yamaha FZR1000, in spite of the bike suffering a blown fuse costing them a couple of laps. Third went to Delaware-based Team 20/20 Track & Trail (No. 2 Kawasaki) with riders Chuck Neighoff and Bill Martin.
