Who’s Back There?

James White, Suzuki GSX-R750 mounted, takes a quick glance back to see how big his lead is over Michael Cohen, on a Kawasaki ZX7, coming out of the International Horseshoe at Daytona late in the CCS Amateur Heavyweight Superbike race in March of 1996. White went on to win the race over Cohen. It was a great Bike Week for Orlando, Florida’s White, who went on to win four races and finished second in another to finish as one of the top performers in one of CCS’s biggest races.
