Bob Meurer races his Suzuki RG500 ahead of a group of riders that includes Andy Fenwick (No. 747), Kurt Hall (No. 60) and Steve Landrey (No. 334) in a WERA sprint race at Blackhawk Farms in August of 1986. In the mid-1980s it wasn’t uncommon to see the big Suzuki RG and Yamaha RZ two-strokes racing in WERA North Central Region events. A lot of these machines made it down from Canada.
