Newburgh, NY, September 5, 2013 – At the annual meeting of Board of Directors of the Antique Motorcycle Foundation, Inc., held at the Motorcyclepedia Museum in Newburgh, New York, Jon Radermacher of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was elected to the post of President of the Board, succeeding Dennis Craig who retired after three years at the helm of the Foundation.
Craig, from Lakeland, Florida, who came to the Foundation’s Board in 2007 after 24 years on the Board of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America, was elected President in 2010. He will continue on the Board as a Director of the Foundation.

Radermacher, who was elected to the Board in 2012, is chair of the Media Arts Department at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He previously served on the Board of the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club of North America and he has owned vintage motorcycles for more than 17 years. As an expert in digital communication, he has built web sites for many organizations, including the Antique Motorcycle Foundation, the Antique Motorcycle Club of America, and the VJMC.
Radermacher says, “I am honored and excited to be chosen to be President of the Board of the Antique Motorcycle Foundation. Dennis Craig has done a fantastic job building an organization with a unified mission and vision that positively promotes the culture and history of motorcycles through exhibits, conferences, and grants. With our skillful and talented directors, we are now poised to reach out to even more of the antique motorcycle community in order to further deliver our mission and to bolster the financial resources of the foundation.”
Other veteran officers of the organization were re-elected to their seats. These include Roger Smith of Clarkston, Michigan to the position of Vice President, Tracey Powell of Westerville, Ohio to the position of Secretary, and Wanda Winger of Newport, Michigan to the position of Treasurer.
Smith and Winger were also re-elected to three-year terms as Directors of the Foundation, as was Dottie Mattern of Marathon, Florida.
The Antique Motorcycle Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation. Its mission is to support the collection and preservation of antique motorcycles and motorcycle history, and to tell the story of antique motorcycling to the public at large.
