Then Utah Governor Jon Huntsman, Jr. and his sons pose for a photo with Ricky Carmichael during the AMA Motocross National at Lakewood, Colorado in July of 2005. The Huntsmans were avid off-road and motocross riders and his sons William (in the Makita Suzuki jersey) and Jon III (in the Amsoil Honda jersey) were thrilled to meet Carmichael in person. Gov. Huntsman went on to be a candidate for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination.
