Texan Larry Locklear heads a pack of riders that includes Tom Kipp (No. 16), Michael Martin (No. 5) and Kevin Rentzell (No. 48) in a WERA Pro Formula USA race during the GNF at Road Atlanta in November of 1990. Locklear was a leading CRRC club racer, who made forays into the pro ranks. In addition to F-USA, he earned a handful of top-10 AMA Supersport finishes in the early 1990s and then moved up to take a top-10 AMA Superbike finish (eighth) at Charlotte in 1993.
