Caz Racing II’s Sam McDonald leads Kurt Hall of the Human Race Team during the WERA/EBC Brakes National Endurance Series race at Gateway International Raceway in April of 1989. Both teams raced the Yamaha FZR1000. The Humans, with riders Hall and Tim Morrissey, won the overall in St. Louis that day ahead of Mediumweight Superbike team Royale Racing. Caz II finished 19th overall, but that was good enough for second in the Heavyweight Superbike class.
