TICKETS: $20, 12 and under free. Tickets can be purchased or picked up from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. at the IMS Ticket Office at the IMS Administration Building on the corner of 16th Street and Georgetown Road. Remote locations also are available for ticket sales and pickup from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at Gates 3 and 6 and from 8 a.m.-10 p.m. at Gate 10.

PUBLIC ENTRY GATES OPEN: 7 a.m. (local time). Gates open are 1,1A, 1B, 1C, 2, 4/4A, 6, 7, 10/10A, 12. All public automobiles must enter IMS through Gate 10 from 30th Street. No public cars will be allowed to enter Gate 2. Public motorcycles also should enter Gate 10, with parking on the backstretch of the oval.

STANDS OPEN: Tower Terrace (as needed), Tower Terrace Wheelchair (as needed), Wheelchair Accessible Stand (inside), Turn 2 Viewing Mounds, Family Mounds, Paddock (as needed), Paddock Wheelchair (as needed), Paddock Penthouse (as needed), Paddock Box (as needed),A Stand (as needed), B Penthouse (as needed), E Stand (as needed), E Penthouse (as needed), H Stand 9as needed), J Stand, (as needed),South Vista Turn (as needed), Southwest Vist (as needed), Ducati Island.

MUSEUM HOURS: 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for fans 6-15 years old, with children under 6 free. Gate admission to the Red Bull Indianapolis GP is not included in IMS Hall of Fame Museum admission and must be purchased separately.

2012 Red Bull Indianapolis GP tickets: 2012 Red Bull Indianapolis GP tickets are on sale now.

To buy tickets, visit www.imstix.com , call the IMS ticket office at (317) 492-6700 or (800) 822-INDY outside the Indianapolis area or visit the ticket office at the IMS Administration Building at the corner of Georgetown Road and 16th Street. Ticket office and phone hours are 8 a.m.-6 p.m. (ET) Thursday-Saturday.

The 2012 Red Bull Indianapolis GP is scheduled for Aug. 17-19 at IMS.

Race Day general admission tickets cost $50, with Friday general admission $20 and Saturday general admission $20. A three-day general admission ticket is $75. A Friday-Saturday general admission ticket is $20.

Children ages 12 and under will be admitted free any of the three days of the event when accompanied by an adult with a general admission ticket.

Race Day reserved seat prices will start at $70.
