David Aldana has time to wave to photographers as he races the Cycle Tech Racing Suzuki GSXR750 in a WERA National Endurance race at Pocono in June of 1985. Aldana had good reason to be relaxed. Cycle Tech went on to win that year’s WERA National Endurance title. Another funny thing about the photo is the rider behind Aldana, realizing the legend who’d just passed them and getting his line all wrong in the excitement of the moment.
