Junge at Putnam Park (1993)

Mark Junge races his Suzuki GSXR750 at Putnam Park Road Course during a WERA Sprint event in July of 1993. Junge was still fairly early in his racing career and just beginning to chase Suzuki contingency money, something he did successfully for a decade. Junge continued to develop as a rider and later his team Vesrah Suzuki became the winningest WERA National Endurance squad of the 2000s. Junge also became a solid AMA 750 Supersport racer in the late ‘90s and early 2000s. He scored a very strong fourth at the Road America AMA 750 Supersport final in 2001. Junge continues road racing to this day, now primarily concentrating back in endurance racing.
