The early season WERA sprints at Indianapolis Raceway Park usually attracted some of the better Canadian road racers and they often had good success. Such was the case in April of 1993 when Yamaha Canada Superbike rider Peter Wilson, made the trip to Indy and scored an easy victory in B Superbike. The 1990 Canadian Superbike Rookie of the Year then held a 12-second lead in the Formula One final when his bike ran out of gas.

No, not related but did race against Frank, he was a top guy.
