Karl Meyers took the early lead in the Vintage 2 and Vintage 4 combined Final during the WERA Grand National Final in November of 1990. Meyers, on his BMW, was on the point in the early laps before Mike Tiberio’s Moto Guzzi had time to unwind and power to the win. Meyers eventually finished third, just behind the Norton of James Stewart.
