Eric Moe (No. 57) races his Suzuki GSXR750 into Road America’s turn five during the AMA Superbike race there in June of 1989. Moe is leading a group of talented riders that includes Carry Andrew (No. 41) and John Eidenberger (No. 30). At the top of the hill you can just make out Ricky Orlando, Dan Chivington and Ottis Lance. Moe was en route to what would prove to be his best career AMA Superbike finish of ninth. The rider from Spring Lake, Michigan, raced AMA Superbike from 1987 to 1999 and scored two top-10 finishes in that span.

Enjoyed watching the Moe Show over the years. I took WERA riders school with Eric at Grattan, MI.
Had many good times at the track with him. Last saw him a couple years ago at his bicycle shop in Spring Lake.
