Pat Chandler (No. 64) leads David Mims (No. 15) in a WERA Southeast Region sprint race in February of 1989. Chandler and Mims were two of the leading D Production racers of the region, both on Yamaha FZR400s. Pat’s wife Emily worked for WERA in scoring and registration.
