Greg Tysor knew his way around Roebling Road Raceway and here’s proof. Tysor, riding a Yamaha FJ600, leads a pack of riders on Suzuki GSXR750s and Yamaha FZ750s. This is during a WERA event and is probably a B Production race where Tysor was giving away serious horsepower to the riders on the 750cc bikes. I believe that’s Steve Gavin (No. 171) directly behind Tysor. Tysor came out of flat track racing and became one of the leading WERA sprint racers and later was one of the elite AMA Supersport riders during the mid-to-late 1980s.
