Craig Vetter is still hoping to prod motorcycle manufacturers to produce a motorcycle that gets 100 miles per gallon. His vision is any vehicle that gets 100 miles per gallon, at 70 miles per hour, carrying at least 4 bags of groceries. Being a motorcycle guy Vetter is hoping that vehicle might be a motorcycle and he thinks it’s possible. To prove what builders can do just working in their home garage here’s an update from Craig’s contest last weekend. Also a story I did on Craig earlier. I really like the idea of having a vehicle like Craig envisions, especially since in the long run gas prices are likely to continue going up.
