Britt Turkington leads Tripp Nobles in a WERA A Superstock race during the WERA Pro Series weekend at Road Atlanta in March of 1991. The two battled the entire race with Turkington getting a break with lapped traffic on the final lap giving him just enough of an edge to hold of Nobles at the flag.

Britt is alive and well in south Texas and runs a t-shirt graphics business and, I heard, a surt shop. He can always be found hanging ten on the beaches near, I think, Harlingen, Texas. I’ll turn this picture on to him, Larry.
