I came across this start photo of the second moto of the Mt. Morris National in 2004 and I was blown away by something I hadn’t seen before. In this series check out how dead even the launch is almost completely across the 40-rider field. Usually at least a rider or two gets a jump on the rest of the riders, but here nearly everyone nailed the gate exactly the same. This has to be the most even starts of a national motocross race I’ve seen.
