Team Machine, one of the top teams of WERA National Endurance racing of the late 1980s and early ‘90s. One of their riders, Rick Burdick, wrote to say: “In 1989 we ran a CBR600 #89.In 1990 we ran the FZR in the pic. Sorry but I forgot about the number change. In 1991 the guys ran a GSXR1100, I only did Nelson and that was it. We took the championship in 1989 , Im not sure about 1990. The guys actually re-designed the tranny internals in the FZR to fix the clutch and tranny problems. It was later printed in Roadracing World. The rider pictured is Bob Wrublevski. A real nice guy who never broke a sweat out there and went fast!
