One of the cool things about the Web is that classic old photos have a chance at new life. Here’s some great old road race shots I came across on Flickr. Some rare shots of mid-pack AMA pros are in here. In the film days most photographers, not wanting to “waste” film, would primarily shoot the front runners, so seeing photos of some of the other great riders in the field is really a big treat to me.
