It was a weekend of championships as Valentino Rossi (MotoGP), Ben Spies (World Superbike) and Jared Mees (AMA Grand National Twins) all wrapped up their respective titles. Rossi won MotoGP in his normal convincing fashion, clinching the title with a race to go. It was nail-biting time for Mees as he had to go through a Semi-Final to earn a birth in the Grand National final in Pomona. He got it done in the final and earned his first national title. Spies came from behind to overtake Nori Haga in the final two races in World Superbike. Congrats to all three champions.
