Ned Hart has no mercy on the novice rider he’s lapping in a WERA B Production race at Grattan Raceway around 1987 or so. This was a pass typical of Hart’s relentless racing style. Ironically Hart was an insurance salesman. He went on to set up insurance plans for some of the biggest names in motorcycle racing. I haven’t heard from Ned in years.
