Here’s Chris Carr racing the famous Lucifer’s Hammer at the Memphis AMA Battle of the Twins race in 1987. I found out last weekend at Mid-Ohio that Lucifer’s Hammer (after residing for years in many pieces at Don Tilley’s Harley shop in North Carolina) is being restored and will put on display in the Harley-Davidson Museum.

Sweet, I can run down the block and look at it. Well, it’s not really that close but only about a 15 minute drive. Would really like to see it come back in action is AHRMA events.
