Wes Cooley is most remembered for his storied AMA Superbike career, but he also did some WERA National Endurance racing for Team Suzuki Endurance. Here is a fairly rare photo of Cooley racing at WERA National Endurance race in Talladega, Ala., in 1988.

Another Great shot Larry!I was present for this race and was hired by Ulrich for this one race as the team was in-between crew chiefs(I made 200 bucks for this gig),Mike Harth was riding for Team Hammer also.Met Wes and even gave him a ride to his motel that day,nice guy!
